TV Sitcom Submissions
What we're looking for:

Family-Centric
Stories centred around the modern family are of particular interest to us at the moment. We are still aiming for prime time evening slots, so the shows should not be made FOR families, but should be about them.

Here and Now Repeatable Stories
We're keen to receive stories that are set in the UK in the present day. Repeatable sitcoms, rather than narratives, are a high focus at the moment, to leverage multi-series commissioning opportunities.

Funny, Funny, and more Funny
It sounds obvious, but the sitcom must be funny. We love a high joke-to-page count, so don't feel you have to hold back. Think of shows like Friends, Friday Night Dinner and Father Ted. The comedy is usually in the character flaws and how these are exploited.

30 Minute Slot-Filler
Sitcoms generally sit in 30 minute slots. Accounting for ads during and between shows, that gives a 22 minute running time.

Edgy Comedy
Don't be afraid to be a little edgy with the dialogue or subject matter. There is flexibility over the type of content we can show as we are aiming for prime time evening slots.

Fully Formed
We're looking for completed scripts with a series bible. Please don't submit ideas, concepts or just a synopsis.
